I have worked with Casey Brown for well over a decade now. She’s an exceptional personal trainer, and here’s why.
She sets high standards for herself and her clients, lives up to them and expects us to do so as well. She knows her stuff, both theory & practice, and incorporates that knowledge in everything she does. She clearly communicates that knowledge, helps us understand what we need to do differently & how it will help us improve. She carefully monitors our practice & adjusts our protocols as needed to optimize our progress.
So how has that worked for me, you may ask.
The short answer is she has exceeded all my expectations & helped keep me way more fit, strong & healthy than my age cohort. As I approach my 79th birthday, I’ll continue joining my younger friends skiing in the winter, hiking & climbing in the summer and generally enjoying the great outdoors here in the PNW .
Needless to say, I'll also continue attending my twice a week training sessions with Casey; after all, she provides the secret sauce that keeps me in the game!!!

I have been taking classes regularly from Casey for 6 years. I started taking them from a studio in the Seattle area and they changed my life. Fortunately, I can now do them remotely as I live in a remote town in Hawaii. Casey has gotten me into excellent all over body shape (I was definitely lacking in upper body strength before I started!) and the classes keep making me stronger. The most important benefits for me though are the mental and emotional ones, they are super mood boosting classes! Casey is an incredibly gifted trainer, a genius at putting together fun and challenging classes and I am so fortunate to have her as my trainer!

I am not a naturally active person, but Casey motivates me to get up early, move, sweat, and push myself. Her energy and enthusiasm is infectious, and she simply makes working out a lot of fun!
One of the things I love about Casey's classes is that there is no lag time. We move directly from one activity to the next so there's no time for my mind to wander. Keeping focused on what we're doing in the present moment helps me mentally as well as physically.
Casey is a superstar. I have attended her classes for years, and every single one is unique. The time flies by because the pace is steady, the workouts vary, and the encouragement is constant.
Casey offers the perfect balance between pushing me and encouraging me. She presses me to grow stronger, but never lets me get down on myself. She always seems to know when I can go further, and yet, she regularly provides modifications so I can adapt as needed.
Beyond helping us to grow physically stronger, Casey is also great at creating a friendly and supportive community. We groan together and commiserate with one another - all while having a great time connecting interpersonally!

I have been taking classes consistently from Casey for almost 12 years! If that doesn't say it all I don't know what does. But let me elaborate anyway. Casey's class structure consistently provides the perfect balance of strength, cardio and stretching. Casey herself is positive, encouraging and has everyone working to achieve their greatest potential. I always leave feeling strong and accomplished. In fact, she's so great that even after moving out of state I still take barre class every Friday via Zoom.

"I have been working with Casey for 3 years. I started with her for help in regaining my fitness after two herniated discs in my low back. My focus on recovery has changed to a focus on maintaining and improving my overall fitness. What I appreciate most about Casey is that she is FUN to work with. "As someone who works with bodies and anatomy I can attest that Casey has an amazing understanding of movement, strength, and how to work both of these areas safely without the overuse or repetitive injuries I have seen from other Barre type classes. She is extremely well versed in how to create safe yet still effective modifications for injuries and other conditions (pregnancy!) and can read each person's ability level and offer appropriate coaching and teaching to that level- which is huge! She can also tell when you need a push and can get you to that new level of burn! #SPICY!
